APRIL 12 - 15 Innovative Grand Titanic Dinner Party
Charity dinner replicates 100th anniversary of 1912 event
SARASOTA, FL -- Mar 12, 2012 Wear
diamonds and white-tie attire at a gourmet dinner and wine event on
Saturday, April 14. Reserve a spot for the Grand Titanic Dinner in
Sarasota. It's an innovative dinner party presented by the Florida
Winefest and Auction (FWA), and raises funds for children's charities.
The Grand Titanic Dinner on Saturday, April 14, 2012, is an elegant
tribute to the ship that could not sink and yet did, in 1912, 100 years
ago. This is the first-class dining salon menu replicated and prepared
by Chef Covelli - seven courses, paired with outstanding wines, a
commemorative bottle of champagne in remembrance of the FWA's 2012
Titanic Dinner, and souvenir photos that bring to life the world of
Titanic living. Join David Elswood of Christies London and Michael
Green of Liquid Assets for a spectacular evening that can't be repeated
until 2112.
Enjoy a collectible Titanic dinner menu, fun and surprising ice
carvings & decorations, music and a life boat drill simulation (to
get your heart beating). All are part of the event, and proceeds
support disadvantaged children's programs through Florida Winefest and
Auction's charitable activities.
Enjoy toasting the Unsinkable Molly Brown, an American socialite and
philanthropist, a memorable survivor, against all odds. Event tickets
$250 per person, limited to 100 guests, period costumes or white-tie
evening attire.
Reservations are online at www.FloridaWinefest.org or call (941) 952-1109.
